In Krasnoyarsk, the Fasol store was punished for refusing to sell energy drinks on a driver's license

In the Krasnoyarsk store “Fasol” on Tikhy Lane, the buyer was not sold an energy drink with a driver's license.
The seller stated that the license is not considered an identity document. The man complained to Rospotrebnadzor.
The department explained: the seller’s position is erroneous. The order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated February 7, 2025 contains a list of documents that can be used to determine the age of the buyer of non-alcoholic tonic drinks. A driver's license is on this list.
The Rospotrebnadzor Department issued a warning to individual entrepreneurs against violating mandatory requirements.
