Since May 6, Sovcombank has improved the conditions for the program for refinancing a mortgage loan from a third-party bank.
The mortgage refinancing rate for an apartment or apartment is 17.49% per annum. Refinancing conditions for a house with land and commercial real estate remain unchanged.
The maximum loan amount under Sovcombank's mortgage programs is 50 million rubles, the loan term is up to 30 years. PSK at the time of conclusion of the contract – from 16.963% to 23.848%.
