The most colorful building in Bucharest, located in the northern part of the city at the intersection of Siriului and Mușetești streets, was put up for sale on Imobiliare.ro for almost 30 million euros.
This is currently the highest asking price for an office property on the real estate platform. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Aurel Vlaicu metro station, has a height regime of five floors and is already partially rented.
From a technical point of view, the building is energy class A and has a basement with a capacity of 80 parking spaces. The owner is currently working on installing photovoltaic panels to increase energy efficiency, and the building is also equipped with a double charging station for electric cars.
Known as “Hundertwasser House”
Structural safety is another key point, the real estate agent stating in the announcement published on Imobiliare.ro that the building was designed to withstand earthquakes with a magnitude of over 9 degrees on the Richter scale.
The building, known as the “Hundertwasser House”, has a design inspired by the vision of the Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser. The architectural concept takes elements specific to the buildings of Vienna, which over time have become major tourist attractions in the Austrian capital.
