Here's the secret: two weeks before active sun, start taking foods rich in beta-carotene: carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, apricots. You can add a tablespoon of tomato paste per day – lycopene enhances natural UV protection.

Beta-carotene works as an internal filter, and antioxidants prevent photoaging. The method does not replace Sanskrin, but it helps the skin tan more evenly and be less injured.

Of course, do not forget about special oils with a UV filter – they can also affect the shade of the tan, although they primarily protect from the sun.
