He kicks his legs, he feels bad, and another employee uses a stun gun to “calm him down”

The head of the Public Monitoring Commission of Dagestan, Shamil Khadulaev, published a video from the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs, where SVO member Akhmed Dzhabrailov died
The latter was detained on July 9 in Makhachkala. According to eyewitnesses, the 48-year-old man was inconsistent, ran with a knife, did not recognize his mother, and resisted arrest. He was taken to the police department. It later became known that the man died.
Khadulaev believes that Dzhabrailov was “killed, willingly or unwillingly,” at the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs.

He feels bad, he lies on his stomach, his hands behind his back. How idiotic do you have to be to put pressure on him with your knees, and even being such a healthy employee? And doctors put on gloves for half an hour instead of urgent care. They didn't care about the guy. Horror.
