The head of the Public Monitoring Commission of Dagestan, Shamil Khadulaev, published a video from the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs, where SVO member Akhmed Dzhabrailov died
The latter was detained on July 9 in Makhachkala. According to eyewitnesses, the 48-year-old man was inconsistent, ran with a knife, did not recognize his mother, and resisted arrest. He was taken to the police department. It later became known that the man died.
Khadulaev believes that Dzhabrailov was “killed, willingly or unwillingly,” at the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs.
