To make cucumbers crunch all over the street: these 3 budget fertilizers will squeeze all the juices out of the bush

Are you tired of crooked and bitter cucumbers, but are you already looking enviously at your neighbors’ garden beds? The secret to an ideal harvest is not in store-bought fertilizers, but in three simple feedings. You don’t need to buy ingredients for them – you already have them at home, and most often end up in the trash.

You will need:

  • Spilled tea (infuser);
  • Eggshell. From raw eggs;
  • Onion peel. The one that everyone usually throws away.

Collect the dried tea leaves in a container and dry slightly. Add a handful of this tea leaves to the hole when planting seedlings. It perfectly loosens the soil, allowing the roots to breathe, and slowly releases nitrogen, the main “builder” of lush greenery.

Wash the shells of 5-7 eggs thoroughly, dry and grind in a coffee grinder or simply crush in a mortar. Pour the resulting powder into 1 liter of hot water and leave covered for 5-7 days. When the infusion becomes cloudy and a characteristic odor appears; the fertilizer is ready. Dilute 1 glass of infusion in 3 liters of water and water the cucumbers at the root during the period of fruit growth. This will protect against blossom end rot and keep the cucumbers juicy and crispy.

Pour two good handfuls of onion peels into 5 liters of water, bring to a boil and let sit for 6-8 hours. Spray the cucumber leaves with the resulting saturated decoction in the evenings. This is not only foliar feeding, but also powerful protection against pests and fungal diseases. Cucumbers will get sick less, and the yield will soar.

Alternate these feedings every 10-14 days, and your cucumbers will be the largest, sweetest and most desirable in the entire area. Tested over more than one season!
