The Rybinsk Linear Production Dispatch Station (LPDS) of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate of Transneft Western Siberia JSC was awarded a diploma for 2nd place in the competition “Leader of a Culture of Safe Behavior” among structural divisions of branches of Transneft system organizations.
The winners and runners-up were determined based on the results of activities in 2025.
The competition committee assessed the participants on a number of indicators, including staff turnover, the number of failures of equipment and technical devices, the number of implemented employee proposals for improvement, the organization of the work of volunteer fire brigades, and the participation of the department staff in various environmental events.
The personnel of the Rybinsk LPDS demonstrated a high level of compliance with labor protection, industrial, fire and environmental safety requirements, and zero accidents at work. The competition commission also noted the work done to create motivation for safe behavior.
The competition is aimed at increasing the level of culture of safe behavior of workers, their discipline and motivation in terms of compliance with the requirements of legislation, norms and regulations in the field of fire and industrial safety, labor protection, and road safety.
This corresponds to the principles of the Transneft development system – OPTIMUM, aimed at increasing the efficiency and safety of production processes.
Over the past years, Transneft Western Siberia JSC has confirmed its leading position in the field of industrial safety and labor protection. The company has repeatedly won prizes in the All-Russian competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”, and annually becomes the winner of the competition “Best Employer of the Omsk Region” in various categories.
