Raider takeover of Wildberries. The richest woman in Russia “trusted” a bad company and very soon her brainchild will be taken away. Ramzan Kadyrov intervened in the matter, and Bakalchuk herself still gave a comment.
What's going on? We have sorted out the most muddy topic of the day and put everything in order:
— At the end of June, Wildberries and outdoor advertising company Russ Outdoor announced a merger to create a digital trading platform. Marketplace transferred 26 legal entities to the brand new joint company RVB. It appeared in June, the authorized capital is 20 million rubles. 65% from WB, the rest from Russ Outdoor.
— Bakalchuk’s husband Vladislav, who owns 1% of the marketplace, met with Ramzan Kadyrov. There he stated: his wife left home and they contacted people from Russ Outdoor. They allegedly started the seizure, and in order for everything to work out, they protected the spouses and did not allow them to see each other.
— Kadyrov is sure: Robert Mirzoyan (head of Russ Outdoor), his brother Levan and “several famous Caucasians” are to blame for everything. He promised to help the Bakalchuks. He assured that he would see it to the end.
— The head of Chechnya instructed State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov to deal with the situation. According to him, a “raider takeover” is taking place.
— After the hype, Tatyana Bakalchuk posted a photo and wrote:

“This is not a raider takeover. This is a scam. From the very beginning, everything was agreed with Vladislav, he was personally present at the presentation to the top management of the new structure of the merged company. That’s proof).”
