“I thought it would prevail there”

Dica believes that it would be a step backwards for Adrian Șut to return to Romania, after the midfielder was sold by FCSB this winter in the United Arab Emirates, to Al Ain, for the sum of 1.5 million euros.

Since his arrival at Al Ain, Adrian Șut has scored 11 matches in all competitions, 9 in the league and two in the cup, and scored just one goal, in a 3-2 away win at Bani Yas.

Nicolae Dică advises Adrian Șut not to return to FCSB: “It is not good that he is returning”

For FCSB it's a good idea, for Šut it's not good that he's coming back. It is not good that he is coming back to the Romanian championship. He worked so hard, wanted so badly to leave, got there on a very good salary, and after a few months to come back…

The qualities he has, and how I know him, because I trained him, I thought he would prevail there. But there are also very important players with salaries in the millions.

He's aggressive, has strength, good technique for his position. I liked him a lot at FCSB lately, he played up front, took over in the forward position. The boss still got mad at him when he made a mistake, but he did it because he was concerned about playing in front.

It's a shame that he didn't settle there, but it will be good for FCSB that he'll be back. The club knows, he performed”, said Nicolae Dică, according to digisport.ro.

I also heard from Shut, that there, in Arabia… we are taking him back, what should we do? He didn't really settle down. I shoot the game, but I want a faster, more aggressive one. I like Joao Paulo: he doesn't run away from the game, he comes to receive, he's not afraid, he also has technique, to some extent, meets the ball. I always tell them not to run away from the game, because I see them
