In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the director of a heat supply organization is suspected of hiding more than 10 million rubles from the state

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory in relation to the director LLC “Kanifolninsky Communal Complex” opened a criminal case about concealment of money for the purpose of tax evasion (Part 1 of Article 199.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to the Investigative Committee, in the period from September 2023 to May 2025, the suspect, knowing about the existence of arrears in taxes and insurance contributions in the amount of more than 10.6 million rubles and about the forced collection of arrears at the expense of the organization’s money and property, deliberately concealed the funds. The defendant organized settlements with counterparties, bypassing the organization’s account.

“In 2023, in Nizhny Ingash, the tax authority made a decision to suspend operations on the current accounts of Kanifolninsky Utility Complex LLC and to collect the debt. For the company's management, this was a signal: part of the money should now go not to pay off creditors, but to pay off the arrears. But the director took a different path; for the next two years, on his instructions, the company’s funds bypassed the organization’s current accounts: payments to creditors went through the accounts of third parties, according to letters of order, and a significant part of the funds went to the cash register of the LLC. In total, more than 5.6 million rubles were hidden, and about 4.5 million rubles from the cash register were used to bypass the mechanism for forced collection of arrears,” the prosecutor’s office said.

Now the necessary investigative actions are being carried out in the criminal case aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
