For the murder of an officer of the Russian Armed Forces, Evgeny Serebryakov was promised from $10 to $20 thousand and Ukrainian citizenship. The criminal was brought to Moscow today on a night flight.
During the interrogation, Serebryakov said: he got in touch with representatives of Ukraine himself, in February 2023, through the suggestion of one of the Ukrainian public pages in Tg. Next, he was contacted by a representative of the SBU named Ilya, with whom Serebryakov had a personal meeting in Istanbul. He proposed to kill a Russian officer.
On the eve of the assassination attempt, Serebryakov took parts for the IED from the cache, assembled the device, placed it under the victim’s car and drove to Vnukovo to fly to Bodrum.
