What does a “man” consist of? “Husband” and “rank”. “Husband” is a warrior, a defender of the family and our state, and subsequently “rank” is a worker. So every man must protect, and then think and take care of the spoils for his family.
The State Duma was impressed by this statement and rejected the project on deferment for fathers of three children.
