What does today's decision mean? It returns to the state of fact before the verdict from the appeal. ANY CSU Craiova (set up in 2013) and nor FCU Craiova (established in 2017) have not proven to this day that they hold the track record. So it is assumed that he was in the possession of FC Craiova University, the team disaffiliated in 2011. This fact was not contradicted by any court.
If Adrian Mititelu Look at this decision as a victory, Mihai Rotaru He wanted to contradict the rival in the city.

Mihai Rotaru does not have problems, after Adrian Mititelu attributed his victory in the process regarding the historical record of science: “You know it”
“What can we comment on the fact that the process was sent to a lower court? They sent only the cause for re -examination, it's not about any decision but you know Mr. Mititelu well“, Mihai Rotaru said, for Iamsport.ro.
Therefore, on the verdict from the call, Mihai Rotaru had 1-0 in the “duel” with Adrian Mititelu for Palmares. But at the last instance the case was returned to the appeal. It is again 0-0 in this “match”.
“I won at the JCCJ! At this moment, the track record of the University of Craiova is provisionally in our possession, in relation to the sentence of the Dolj Tribunal remaining in force,” Mititelu wrote on social networks, immediately after the decision.
In 2023, the Timișoara Court of Appeal decided that the track record of the University of Craiova club is in possession of Mihai Rotaru's team, CS Universitatea Craiova, the team that currently works in the first step of Romanian football. The JCCJ annulled this decision, two years away, and sends the case for re -examination to the Court of Appeal.
