Crisis around the Panormitis ship. Ukraine warns Israel against unloading grain

According to information from the Israeli daily “Haaretz”, The Panormitis ship, which is transporting grain from the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine, is currently waiting for permission to enter the port of Haifa. Kiev firmly opposes the unloading of this cargo, considering it illegally taken over by the Russians.
The Ukrainian authorities emphasize that if Israel decides to accept the ship, it could lead to serious repercussions in relations between the two countries. Kiev announces that if it agrees to unload, it reserves the right to take a wide range of actions in the international arena, both on the legal and diplomatic levels.
An anonymous source in Ukrainian diplomacy, quoted by Reuters, noted that Ukraine is ready to react decisively if the ship and its cargo are not rejected by the Israeli authorities.
Is Israel ignoring Ukrainian demands?
According to “Haaretz”, this is not the first time that grain from the Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine goes to Israel. This year, four such transports have already reached Israeli ports. A representative of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, quoted by the newspaper, pointed out that the practice of “laundering” stolen goods is unacceptable, and Kiev's earlier demands to stop similar shipments were ignored by Israel.
According to an anonymous Reuters source, Ukraine is monitoring the movements of the Panormitis ship and warns that allowing it to unload may negatively affect bilateral relations with Israel. Kiev does not rule out taking steps that may affect the cooperation of both countries in the international arena.
