Pete Hegseth comments on the attack on Iran. “The regime had a chance”

Hegseth wrote in a statement that Operation Epic Fury, launched last night on President Donald Trump's orders, is “the deadliest, most complex and most precise air operation in history.”
“The Iranian regime had a chance but refused to reach an agreement and is now suffering the consequences“- added the head of the Pentagon.
“Last night, unlike previous presidents, President Trump began to fight this cancer,” he said.

He announced the destruction of Iran's missiles and missile production capabilities, as well as the Iranian navy. “And as the president has been saying all his life, Iran will never have a nuclear weapon,” he added.
“The United States did not start this conflict, but we will end it. If you kill or threaten Americans anywhere in the world, as Iran does, we will find you and kill you,” the secretary said.
As Reuters reported earlier, Hegseth watched developments in Iran together with Donald Trump at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
