The Ministry of Digital Development has added individual delivery services, TV channels and the LisaAlert squad to the “white list” of websites

The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation included new services in the list of online resources that remain available to users during periods of temporary restrictions on the mobile Internet.
The corresponding decision was made by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications, reported in the department's channel in Max.
New members to the list include:
- volunteer search and rescue team “LizaAlert”,
- Dobro.rf platform,
- All-Russian Popular Front, Russian society “Knowledge”,
- clinics “Medsi” and “Mother and Child”,
- Internet encyclopedia “Ruviki”,
- Roskachestvo,
- JSC GLONASS,
- Gazprombank,
- hypermarkets “Lenta” and “O'key”,
- Dostavista delivery service,
- fast food chain “Dodo Pizza”,
- car sharing “Delimobil” and “BelkaCar”,
- online cinema Premier,
- telecom operators “VTB-Mobile” and Next mobile,
- TV channels “360°”, “Duma TV” and “Soloviev Live”,
- online media Sport24,
- state corporations “Rosatom”, “Rostec”,
- Rosneft and Norilsk Nickel companies,
- IT companies 1C, Trukonf, Digital Solutions of the Regions,
- HRlink platform, Federal Treasury,
- State information system of electronic transportation documents,
- Continental Hockey League.
The first version of the list was published by the Ministry of Digital Development on September 5, 2025. The list includes official websites of government agencies, the State Services portal, as well as the largest marketplaces and banking services.
As the ministry clarified, the “white list” allows users to access familiar online services and socially significant sites even in the face of forced temporary communication restrictions. The department is constantly working to expand it. The list already includes more than 500 Russian services.
