The Minister of Health, announced after resigning from his position: “I also saw the rush from yesterday that from today some are coming to take over”
The resigned Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, declared on Friday, April 24, that he will lead the ministry until the decree of his dismissal appears in the Official Gazette.

“Yesterday I submitted my resignation because it was the political decision of the PSD of which I am a part. The Ministry of Health will continue to be led by me until the dismissal decree appears in the Official Gazette. I also saw yesterday's rush that from today some people are coming to take over, I don't know what to do.
It cannot be constitutional until the dismissal decree appears in the Official Gazette, I sign and am responsible for everything that happens in the health system. I will come to the office on Monday, and Tuesday, and Wednesday and until the dismissal decree appears in the Official Gazette”, said Alexandru Rogobete, on Friday, in a press conference.
He stated that he will discuss with the interim minister who will take over the Ministry of Health to hand over this activity to him.
The day before, after the resignations of PSD ministers, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced who will take over the vacant portfolios. The Ministry of Health will be headed by Cseke Attila, who also heads the Ministry of Development.
“I took note of the resignations of the ministers supported by the Social-Democratic Party, resignations that were registered around noon. I should thank them for the collaboration I had in these 10 months, because all the things that were achieved, the good ones and maybe the ones that were not so successful, are a team result.
And every minister, every secretary of state, every director and every colleague from the working ministries contributed to these results”, said the prime minister.
PSD held six portfolios in the Government: Transport – Ciprian Șerban, Agriculture – Florin Barbu, Energy – Bogdan Ivan, Health – Alexandru Rogobete, Justice – Radu Marinescu and Labor – Florin Manole.
