Poland will receive huge amounts of money from the KPO. There is a decision from Brussels

This is the fourth tranche, worth over EUR 7 billion, or approximately PLN 29 billion. Warsaw submitted an application for payment in December, but its acceptance was related to the introduction of changes in the functioning of the National Labor Inspectorate.

The funds from this tranche are expected to be sufficient for approximately three months of implementation of projects financed from the KPO. They include, among others: infrastructure investments, digitalization, modernization of energy networks and expansion of water and sewage systems.

If the procedures go according to plan, the money should reach Poland at the end of next month. Until then, the decision must still be formally approved by representatives of the EU Member States.
