The new company will focus on the production of specialized warheads intended for unmanned weapon systems, Niewiadów PGM reported. As we have checked, her data is not yet included in the KRS system.
Niewiadów PGM acquired shares representing 25 percent. capital and votes of Niewiad Warhead Systems, and the remaining shares were acquired by ZSP – it was stated in the announcement.
The shares did not react positively to this news. They fell by over 4%. However, the prices are recovering from previous increases. For the third day in a row anyway.
Warheads for drones
“With the support of the issuer's capital group companies, Niewiadów Warhead Systems will focus on production of specialized warheads intended for unmanned weapon systems. The production of the heads will take place in close cooperation with Tech Robotics,” the press release said.

It was added that the target of Niewiadów Warhead Systems is development of a portfolio of products with diversified tactical purposesincluding both training and combat solutions. This arrangement of the offer is intended to enable support for the full end-user preparation cycle, from training, through tests and simulations, to operational use.
Niewiadów Warhead Systems will focus on providing solutions tailored to modern battlefield requirements, taking into account the needs of the armed forces in terms of precision, effectiveness and flexibility of use.
“The company assumes that its products will respond to the growing needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and other users of unmanned systems, supporting the development of modern defense capabilities. Unmanned weapon systems are currently one of the most important directions of change on the modern battlefield, and the dynamic development of this category of equipment means that there are hundreds of producers of unmanned platforms operating in the world today, while the demand for specialized, compatible weapons is constantly growing,” it was further written.
Four product groups
As stated, according to the plan, the Niewiadów Warhead Systems offer will include four basic product groups: training warheads, high-explosive warheads, thermobaric warheads and cumulative fragmentation warheads.
