As Oboz.ua notes, we are talking about Anton Razumny. The publication's journalists learned about this from the annual declaration of his wife, a mid-level manager in the department for managing corporate pension funds of the National Bank, Inna Razumnaya, who earned UAH 912 thousand in a year.
The editors noted that as of 2022, Razumny’s salary was UAH 5.3 million per year, while in 2025 he had already earned more than UAH 30 million.
“That’s how the story about the “biggest salary in the country” ended at Ukrposhta, I’ll miss this title. True, it hasn’t been the biggest in the country for a long time and didn’t reach Trump, but what can you do. I’ll go eat sprat – what else can you buy with that salary?” – he wrote.
At the same time, Smelyansky did not specify what his salary is as of 2026.

Igor Smelyansky was born in 1975 in Belgorod-Dnestrovskrom, Odessa region. He has been heading Ukrposhta for almost 10 years. Smelyansky has American citizenship. His wife Natalie Myshkina and children live abroad.
