Ingredients:
- two apples;
- one egg;
- 1.5 tbsp. l. flour (can be rice);
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 10 g of vanilla sugar.
Cooking
- Wash and peel the apples from the peel. Grate, add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix.
- Sift flour and combine with mass.
- Fry in a heated pan (previously greased with a drop of vegetable oil) on the sides on low heat (can be covered with a lid).
