Former Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Volodymyr Gorbulin, sustained injuries from a Russian military strike on the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, according to reports. Currently, he serves as the First Vice President of the Academy. Preliminary reports indicate that his assistant did not survive the attack.
