The final blow came in the 89th minute when Calhanoglu served Sucic perfectly in the box, and the midfielder introduced by Chivu in the 60th minute set the final score.

It was Inter's second epic comeback against Como, after the one on April 12 in Serie A. Also from 0-2, Chivu came back and won 4-3 against Fabregas.
