In Krasnoyarsk, they were awarded the “Honorary Donor of Russia” badges. According to the regional Ministry of Health, the ceremony took place on April 7, and one of the awards was given to a special military operation soldier who continues to donate blood while on the front line.
Nikolay Aravin made 35 blood donations and 6 blood component donations. At the ceremony, the song “I Love You, Dad” was performed for him, and a video of the presentation of the badge was sent to the fighter. He said that he plans to come to Krasnoyarsk in three months and then he will personally pick up the award, and at the same time he will come to the Blood Center again for donation.
In total, 23 Krasnoyarsk residents received badges this time, and in the region as a whole, 31 people became honorary donors. In addition, donors were presented with commemorative badges from the Russian Red Cross. The charity launched a motivational program for donors in 2025.
