Apartment rental prices in Poland are falling. Warsaw is still the most expensive

Paweł Jarząbek from Otodom pointed out that last month's price correction covered six of the seven largest cities in Poland, including Katowice, Kraków, Poznań, Tricity, Warsaw and Wrocław. The exception was Łódź, where rents remained stable at PLN 2,300. zloty.

The largest increases in the number of offers were recorded in Olsztyn (18%), Rzeszów (14%) and Bydgoszcz (13%). Increases also occurred in Łódź (10%), Katowice (7%), Wrocław (6%), Warsaw (5%) and Poznań (3%).

In turn, in Gdańsk the number of advertisements decreased by 10 percent and in Kraków by 2 percent.
However, tenants' preferences do not change. Two-room apartments with an area of approximately 40 square meters are still most popular.
