Fighting on the border of the Kursk region continues. The main battles are taking place in the Sudzhansky and Korenevsky districts. Acting Governor Alexey Smirnov said that the situation in the region is tense.
The regional operational headquarters and all emergency services have been transferred to round-the-clock operation. What else is known at this time?
— Among the forces involved in the direction, units of the Ukrainian Operational Command “North”, previously stationed along the border with Belarus, were noticed.
— From the side of Sverdlikovo, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Stryker armored personnel carrier entered the Rylsk-Sudzha highway, along which they tried to advance in the direction of the village of Zeleny Shlyakh. On the road east of the village of Nizhny Klin, they were ambushed and killed, and the equipment was finished off by drones.
— There is a clash taking place on a section of highway 38K-004 not far from the Sudzha checkpoint and in the area of the village of Gordeevka.
