
Do you want to cook barbecue in just an hour? This does not require complex marinades if you add mineral water to the meat.
Soda quickly softens the fibers, and the meat becomes ready for frying in no time. As a result, the kebab turns out juicy, aromatic and no worse than after overnight marinating.
Ingredients:
- meat – 1 kg;
- mineral water – 300 ml;
- onions – 3 pcs.;
- salt – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- ground black pepper – to taste.
Cooking method
Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add chopped onion, salt and pepper there. After this, pour in mineral water, and always highly carbonated. It is the “bubbles” that give the desired effect.
Next, thoroughly mix all the ingredients with your hands, cover the bowl with cling film and put the meat in the refrigerator for exactly 1 hour. After the time has passed, we begin grilling. It is better to use skewers so that the meat is fried on all sides and remains juicy.
Advice: For barbecue it is recommended to use pork neck. It is this part that gives the perfect balance of fat and meat, so the finished dish is tender and soft.
