The administration of the Kalyazinsky district has already prepared a claim for demolition and will send it to court in the coming days. Inside is the result of an examination by the local state construction supervision, which recorded the absence of requests regarding the construction or reconstruction of individual housing construction projects and permission to develop the site. The only logical solution to this situation is to demolish the squatter building. And this is: 8 hectares of land on the banks of the Volga, almost 3000 square meters of residential development. We previously told you that the general development plan was globally adjusted in 2019 – after public hearings, where the council of local deputies approved everything, and the documents were signed by the head of the Alferovsky rural settlement, Olga Kudryashova. This allowed Ivanov to build a water protection zone along the Volga River in the strictest secrecy.
