Krasnoyarsk car lady faces criminal charges for video insulting police officers (video)

A 32-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk was detained on suspicion of insulting police.
On the woman’s page on a banned social network, they found a video in which a lady driver, driving past traffic police officers dispersing riders, makes obscene comments towards the latter.
After the arrest, in personal communication with a traffic policeman, the Krasnoyarsk resident stated that she “simply posted the video online and does not know who said it.”

The issue of initiating a criminal case against the woman under Art. 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Insulting a representative of authority”, the sanction of which provides for the following types of punishment: a fine of up to 40 thousand rubles, or compulsory work for up to 360 hours, or corrective labor for up to 1 year.
