Military correspondent Evgeny Poddubny was seriously injured after an attack by a Ukrainian drone in the Kursk region. According to VGTRK, he is alive. Now the journalist is in the hospital, doctors assess his condition as serious.
He suffered severe burns to his body and a head injury after a Ukrainian FPV drone flew into the car in which he was traveling to report in the Kursk region.
Poddubny arrived there this afternoon from Belgorod to report on the situation in the border area. The last post in his TG channel was at 19:35 – about the execution of civilians in the Kursk region. Soon his car was blown up by a drone – the military correspondent miraculously survived. Because of this, I stopped answering the phone.
