The head of Krasnoyarsk, Sergei Vereshchagin, ordered an audit of social shopping malls in the city to assess their relevance and ease of placement.

In his social networks, the mayor said that in some places the shopping arcades on the street interfere with passers-by, while in others there are not enough of them. In particular, residents of Cheryomushki appealed to the head of the city with a request to add stalls for gardeners at the local market. Additional sales locations will be installed in the near future. Special services will also fill the access roads.

In addition, in the microdistrict, Sergei Vereshchagin visited several more points that residents, during meetings with the mayor and through his social networks, identified as problematic.

“The final stop is Verkhniye Cheryomushki microdistrict. Let's get it in order. We will install covered stopping points and create a safety island. We will look into the issue of pedestrian crossing equipment. From house 31 on Mashinostroiteley Ave. down to the street, people are asking for a sidewalk and stairs. Let's put it in the work plan. Mashinostroiteley Street, 19. Here it is necessary to ensure pedestrian accessibility to the school. We plan to repair the destroyed stairs and install ramps,” noted the head of Krasnoyarsk.

All work will be carried out this year.
