As USA Today reports, citing two sources, they are quietly accelerating work on military plans for a potential Pentagon operation in Cuba. They want to prepare for Donald Trump's possible order to intervene in this country.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel announced in an interview with “Newsweek” that his country will resist if the US launches a military attack on the island.
“USA Today” reports that the United States and Cuba are trying to find a way out of the crisis, although it is not known to what extent both sides are willing to make concessions.
