In 2026, DTEK manufactured three new combines and 483 thousand spare parts for coal mining

“In January–March 2026, the company’s engineering enterprises manufactured and repaired 513 units of mining equipment. They also produced more than 483 thousand spare parts and components. Among them are three new combines and three electric motors made in Ukraine,” the company wrote.

DTEK Energy CEO Alexander Fomenko noted that the 2025/2026 heating season has become the most difficult for the Ukrainian energy sector since the beginning of a full-scale war, and confirmed how important joint work is to support the operation of the energy system.

“Therefore, it is now important to work ahead and prepare for the next season. Our machine builders provide Ukrainian coal mining with the necessary equipment and components every day. This is an important contribution to the stability of the Ukrainian energy system,” Fomenko emphasized.

Context
