According to investigators, in 2026, the man, through unidentified persons, purchased a batch of unlabeled alcohol-containing products. After delivery from the Novosibirsk region, he placed and stored it in a relative’s garage, intending to sell it later.
Criminal activity was suppressed as a result of operational search activities carried out by FSB officers. In a garage located on the territory of one of the houses on Druzhby Street in the city of Minusinsk, 2,792 bottles and 4 canisters of alcohol-containing products with a total volume of about 14 thousand liters were found and seized.
“According to chemical research, the liquid samples contain ethyl alcohol. The value of the seized alcohol-containing products is about 15 million rubles. A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under paragraph “b” of Part 6 of Art. 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (purchase, storage, transportation for the purpose of marketing unlabeled alcoholic products subject to mandatory marking with excise stamps, committed on an especially large scale). Currently, the necessary investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime,” the Investigative Committee said.
