In the Achinsk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, high water led to flooding.
As reported on April 15 by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as a result of rising water levels in the Chulym River, 57 garden plots on which country houses are located were flooded in the Raduga gardening partnership.
There are no permanent residents there, no evacuation is required. Drones are being used to monitor the situation and the situation is under control.

“Also, according to forecasters, the opening of the Chulym River in the area between the city of Achinsk and the village of Novobirilyussy may be accompanied by ice jams and a sharp increase in water levels. Possible flooding of low-lying areas along the banks of the river, and water escaping onto the floodplain. We recommend that residents prepare in advance for a possible flood,” the regional Emergency Situations Ministry said in a statement.
