In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a dental clinic was warned for refusing to issue documents to consumers for income tax refunds.

Rospotrebnadzor said that a resident of the region contacted them with a complaint about a dental clinic in the village of Kuragino.

According to the man, in August 2025 he underwent paid treatment at this dentistry. This year he decided to apply for an income tax refund and applied to the clinic, but was refused.

The department clarified that the clinic’s refusal was unlawful. Since dentistry was obliged to issue documents confirming the client’s expenses. This is approved in the rules for the provision of paid medical services by medical organizations.

Based on this fact, the Department of Rospotrebnadzor Dentistry issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory legal requirements.
