In Krasnoyarsk, the Arbitration Court held an entrepreneur accountable for selling medicines in a pet market without a license.

According to information from the regional Rosselkhoznadzor, in February 2026, department specialists, while monitoring the Chestny Znak website, established the sale of drugs in one of the pet markets in Krasnoyarsk. After this, an unscheduled test purchase was carried out in this pet market and the antiparasitic drug Helmimax was purchased.

It was also established that several other types of medicines were in storage for further sale in the store. At the same time, the entrepreneur did not have a license for their storage and sale.

“Based on the results of control measures, the department initiated an administrative case under Part 2 of Art. 14.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and submitted to the court for consideration. By decision of the Arbitration Court, an individual entrepreneur was imposed a fine. The measures taken by the Department forced the entrepreneur to undergo the procedure of compliance with licensing requirements,” said Rosselkhoznadzor.

On March 4, the department issued a license to the pet market to sell medications for veterinary use.
