In Krasnoyarsk, traffic police detained the driver of an expensive foreign car with a large batch of synthetic drugs.
At the beginning of March this year, in the area of house No. 20 on the street. Sergei Lazo, inspectors of the traffic police regiment stopped a Lexus car driven by a 38-year-old man. During the check, a bag containing packages of synthetic drugs with a total weight of more than 798 g was found in the trunk of the car.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detainee under Part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs committed on an especially large scale.” The maximum penalty under this article is imprisonment for a term of 15 to 20 years.
