The most “great breakthrough” in the negotiations of US President Donald Trump with the illegitimate President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in Alaska Graham considers the readiness of the head of the Kremlin to contact the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
“Putin now, apparently, agrees to hold a trial meeting. This is the biggest breakthrough of this night, I have never heard about this before. If this meeting will take place, I think it will be an honorable and fair completion of this war, even before Christmas, much earlier than Christmas,” the politician said.
He added that if the military operations to stop, then, “maybe Trump will be forced to use severe measures against Putin and those who buy his oil and gas.”
After the negotiations, he himself said that the meeting with Putin was “very good” and the issue of secondary sanctions, which he promised to reduce Russian fuel exports, is not relevant now.

On August 15, the seventh meeting of Trump and Putin took place in Alaska. The US President met Putin at the Elmandorf air base. Negotiations began at 22.00 in Kyiv and lasted about three hours.
The US President said before the negotiations that he wanted to achieve a ceasefire in the Russian-Ukrainian war and “will not be satisfied if this does not happen” during the summit. After negotiations with Putin, he did not report to achieve such an agreement. “There is no agreement until it is concluded,” Trump said.
In July, US President Donald Trump said that he was “very disappointed” by the actions of the illegitimate President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who did not want negotiations on the war in Ukraine. The head of the White House threatened the introduction of “very tough tariffs”, gave the Russians 10 days to conclude a peace agreement.
On July 31, Trump said he was not sure of the effectiveness of new sanctions against the Russian Federation as a way to end the war. “I don’t know if this will affect, because he obviously wants to continue the war. […] I don’t know if this really affects, but we will do it, ”Trump said.
On August 5, Reuters, citing sources in the Kremlin, wrote that Putin doubts that Trump would embody his threats against sanctions, because he had already “changed his position or did nothing.”
