31.4 billion rubles have been allocated for preferential medicines in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the next three years
A work site on the topic of healthcare was held in the village. Emelyanovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, in preparation for the regional forum “There is a result” of the United Russia party.
Representatives of the region’s medical community, executive authorities, deputies of the regional parliament, and residents of the Emelyanovsky district took part in the work. The on-site part of the site started with a tour of the building of the new clinic of the Yemelyanovskaya regional hospital. The medical facility has been accepting patients since the beginning of 2026, its capacity is 400 patients per shift.
The project was implemented according to the Party’s People’s Program and the primary care modernization program of the national project “Long and Active Life.”
More than 1 billion rubles were allocated for the construction of the clinic, and over 355 million rubles were allocated for equipping it with modern equipment. The new medical facility combined adult and children's departments. Reception is conducted by pediatricians, therapists, and specialized specialists, including dentists, a neurologist, an ophthalmologist, and a dermatologist; there are functional diagnostic rooms where FGS, ultrasound and ECG are performed, and treatment rooms. More than 30 qualified doctors provide medical care to the population at the clinic.
As part of the “Healthy Future” party project, “Health Dictation” platforms and healthy eating classes organized by “Medical Volunteers” and “Provincial Pharmacies” were open for residents.
The results of five years of work in the healthcare sector of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were summed up at a round table. Work to develop the industry will continue. This task was set before the executive branch and the deputy corps by the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, secretary of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the United Russia party, Mikhail Kotyukov, in his annual message:
“The rate of satisfaction with medical care in the region is growing year after year, but a number of problems remain in the health care system. It is necessary to build a clear treatment route for each patient, as well as improve the quality of medical care to the level established by federal standards.”
The participants discussed not only achievements in the industry, but also problematic issues, and made their proposals for the new people's program of United Russia.
“The orders that we hear from people at various venues, in addresses to deputies, provide an opportunity for further work with experts and planning of financial documents. Every year this is our “handbook” when adopting the budget. Healthcare is traditionally one of the top three topics that concern residents of the region. Therefore, despite the efforts and decent results in the industry, one must be prepared to hear criticism: about the shortage of personnel, problems of professional implementation, and labor organization. And the main thing is to understand whether people are satisfied with the medical service they receive. We need to take stock so that we can more clearly formulate our goals for the near future. Already at the beginning of June for the party conference, we need to formulate a new people’s program, based on the proposals of residents, on which we will rely in our work,” said the chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, head of the United Russia faction, Alexey Dodatko.
“This is just the beginning of the journey. If earlier the task was to build and equip, now – to make it all work without failures. So that you can make an appointment, get to the doctor and get help on time. And it is precisely for this request that a new program should be formed,” said Ilya Zaitsev, chairman of the committee on health protection and social policy of the regional parliament, regional coordinator of the United Russia “Healthy Future” project.
“Over the past five years, a lot of money has been invested in healthcare: hospitals and clinics have been built and reconstructed. Now the main task is to fill this infrastructure with high-quality medical care,” emphasized the Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alexey Konovalenko.
Over the past five years, a lot of work has been done in the region: 16 clinics have been built and reconstructed, 45 outpatient clinics have been created, 214 first-aid posts and outpatient clinics have been opened in rural areas, major renovations have been carried out in 107 medical institutions, more than 14 thousand pieces of equipment have been supplied to clinics, 813 specialists have been recruited under the “Zemsky Doctor” and “Zemsky Paramedic” programs, and for preferential drug provision 31.4 billion rubles are provided for the next three years.
