According to our information, this is a married couple from Moscow. They paid 112 million for Dolina’s apartment; the deal was processed through a legal real estate agency in an office in Moscow City.
Now 236 squares of Dolina are listed as seized by a court decision – transactions with it are prohibited. Apparently, after the sale of the house, the People's Artist of the Russian Federation realized that she was being deceived, and asked lawyers to go to court to seize the apartment.
