Parliamentary elections are underway in Hungary. The candidate of the TISZA party, Erzsebet Csezy, published a surprising video on social media shortly after she cast her vote. She informed that she had filed a police report.

She explained that after the vote, they were going to visit her grandmother in the town of Mezokovesd, where they were observing the election day. “People from the inner circle of the rival party, with hoods on their heads, followed us by car, blocked us and made it clear that they would come back to us several times during the day,” she reported.

– Let's not be intimidated, I certainly won't give in and I will see it through to the end. Please, let's change this system. Let's create a better world. This country, and especially this region, deserves to be cleansed and to start a new life tomorrow, she added.

Parliamentary elections in Hungary

On Sunday at 6 polling stations opened in Hungary, starting the vote that will elect 199 deputies to the unicameral National Assembly. Residents can cast votes until 7 p.m., and approximately 20 The National Electoral Office (NVI) is expected to present the first preliminary results.
