In short, while Mutu was quietly visiting the English capital, things turned into an “accidental VIP” moment, when the former Romanian internationals came face-to-face with the British superstar in a London hotel.

From a sporting point of view, the British press reported that Robbie Williams has been a declared supporter of the Port Vale club since childhood, the representative team for his hometown, Stoke-on-Trent.
In 2024, the artist was appointed president of the club, thus consolidating his involvement in its administrative structure.
