Iran wants money from tankers

The US President thus referred to Iran's announcement, stating that he will collect tolls [opłatę] for allowing tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Its amount was to reach USD 2 million. for one unit passing through this waterway.

Meanwhile, the Associated Press agency, citing information provided by a “representative of the regional authorities”, reported that the plan for a two-week ceasefire between the US and Iran assumes allowing Iran and Oman to collect fees for passage through the strait. Oman announced it would not do this.
