“United Russia” in the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of work in the agricultural sector
In preparation for the regional forum “There is a result!” In the southern districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a work site “Rural Development: Time of Change” took place.
Chairman of the Committee on Rural Affairs and Agro-Industrial Policy of the regional parliament, regional coordinator of the party project “Russian Village” Vladislav Zyryanov, representatives of agricultural enterprises, heads of educational institutions, deputies from United Russia visited various agricultural facilities in the southern districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, educational institutions that train personnel for the industry.
Thus, in Minusinsk, the event participants visited two facilities of OJSC “Moloko” and the Minusinsk Agricultural College. In the Kuraginsky district we got acquainted with the work of the Kuraginskoye experimental production farm. In the village of Berezovskoye, participants of the work site visited the Berezovskoye production enterprise, where they met with students at the dairy complex, with students from the agricultural college, and got acquainted with the repair shops. The on-site part of the site at secondary school No. 10 in the village of Berezovskoye has been completed.
Following the results of the work site, a round table was held, at which the participants summed up the implementation of the people's program, with which the party won the elections in 2021, and formed proposals for a new people's program.
“In general, over these five years of implementation of the people's program of United Russia, we have something to be proud of. In the field of development of the agro-industrial complex, we are the first in the Siberian Federal District in absolute state support, we are the second in Russia in supporting investment activities, we have implemented investment projects worth 16 billion rubles over these five years. We are the first in Siberia in terms of dairy herd productivity. Every year the region shows one of the best results in Russia for rapeseed production. Productivity in the region is the best in Siberia and these indicators have remained at the same level for many years. We are truly leaders! I would like to note that we plan to make proposals to the people’s program to support and train personnel for the countryside, to improve the digital platform for agriculture, as well as to expand exports and sales markets. Most importantly, we understand that it's about the people. We preserve the traditional way of life and show that it is possible to engage in agriculture in Siberia. We have people who love their job, know it and show excellent results,” said Vladislav Zyryanov.
Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Dmitry Voropaev spoke about state support for agriculture in the region:
“We understand that without science, further progress in agriculture is currently impossible, therefore the region is allocating state support in the amount of 75 million rubles for the activities of the agricultural enterprise. Now, in order to even stand still, you need to run very quickly. We understand that in conditions of personnel shortages and the need to increase the efficiency of the industry, scientific research is a priority. State support is provided not only for scientific activities. We subsidize a wide range of equipment that we presented at the venues today. For example, unmanned systems, automated systems for managing them. We are trying to do everything possible so that the movement forward does not stop.”
Rector of the Agrarian University, Chairman of the Public Council of the party project “Russian Village” Natalya Pyzhikova noted that in the region, personnel for the village begin to be trained from school:
“Our university, like any institution of higher education, has a mission of training, as well as scientific activities and an educational part. Without partnership and cooperation with the territories, it is impossible to grow competent cards. We interact with our enterprises in both professional and educational work. These are the so-called seamless forms of education, starting from school: agricultural classes, vocational training and higher education. The guys have a choice. Those who want to get a profession will stop, and those who would like to continue their education will move on. Partnerships with agricultural producers and enterprises are an important component of our work. I would like to express my gratitude to all our partners for their cooperation.”
Let us remind you that party chairman Dmitry Medvedev started collecting proposals for the new People's Program of United Russia on February 19 at the first district reporting and program forum of the party “There is a result!” in Yekaterinburg. The party holds similar forums in all federal districts. At them, the Government will report on the implementation of the people's program of “United Russia” in all areas. In addition, proposals will be formed for a new program document.
