Alior Bank with a serious failure. Customers do not hide their fury

“Alior Mobile and Alior Online are currently unavailable. We are working on solving the problem. Beware of messages sent by criminals asking you to provide data or log in to fake websites. The bank never sends links or asks you to log in to the website indicated by an active link” – such a message appeared on Alior Bank's social media on Thursday afternoon.
An update appeared shortly after. The bank announced that the Alior Online and Alior Mobile systems are now available. “Logging in to online banking and the mobile application may take longer than usual. We apologize. We are working to resolve the issue,” it said.

Major failure at Alior Bank. Customers are furious
Just after At 4:30 p.m. the last update on the failure was published. “In order to solve problems with logging in to Alior Online and Alior Mobile, we have again disabled the possibility of logging in. We apologize for the inconvenience,” reads the bank's announcement.

From the comments under the entry, it can be concluded that customers still have big problems with access to their money. Some of them do not hide their great irritation. Alior Bank representatives ask them for patience, but do not inform them when the problem can be expected to be resolved.
The fact that the failure is really serious is also proven by numerous problem reports recorded on the Downdetector website. 73 percent of them concern problems with the operation of the bank's application.
