After another week of war in Iran. This is how fuel prices have changed

The increases are mainly due to rising oil prices on global markets and persistent geopolitical tensions, especially in the Middle East.

Fuel prices up. Diesel is the leader in price increases
As analysts of the e-petrol.pl portal note, the most noticeable increase concerns diesel fuel. Its average price in Poland increased by 25 groszy and currently amounts to PLN 7.79 per liter.
At the same time, the price of Pb95 petrol increased slightly – by 3 groszy, reaching PLN 6.19 per liter. A significant increase was also recorded in the case of LPG, the price of which increased by PLN 15, to PLN 3.84 per liter.
Autogas remains a fuel not subject to government price limits, which makes its prices more susceptible to market fluctuations.
Regional differences in fuel prices
The analysis also shows clear differences in prices depending on the region of the country. The cheapest Pb95 petrol – PLN 6.15 per liter – was recorded in Mazovia, Pomerania and Silesia.
The lowest diesel prices – amounting to approximately PLN 7.71 per liter – were recorded in Greater Poland and the Lubusz Voivodeship. On the other hand the cheapest autogas could be found in Upper Silesia, where it cost approximately PLN 3.77 per liter.

The highest prices of gasoline were recorded in the Łódź Voivodeship and Podkarpacie, diesel in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, and LPG in Lower Silesia.

An additional factor influencing the market are administrative decisions. According to the latest announcement published in Monitor Polski, the maximum price of Pb95 gasoline will increase by 0.06 PLN, reaching PLN 6.27 per liter.
At the same time, the maximum price diesel fuel will be slightly reduced – by 4 cents, to PLN 7.83 per liter.
