A dog mauled a 6-year-old child to death in Kuzbass
The girl went for a walk alone and wandered into a private area where there was a dog on a leash. However, the chain was long enough for her to attack the child.
The girl died on the spot; a case was opened under the article “Causing death by negligence.”
