The National Bank of Ukraine agreed to sell by Getin Holding Idea Bank Ukraine – Getin said in a communiqué.

In October 2024, Getin Holding reported that he had concluded a conditional sale agreement 100 percent. Action IDEA Bank Ukraine with Alkemi Limited, a company belonging to the Ukrainian financial and industrial group TAS.

It was then stated that the price of the transaction would be not less than USD 34 million, and its condition is to obtain the consent of the Ukraine Antithovopian Committee and approval of the acquisition of Idea Bank shares by the National Bank of Ukraine. (PAP Biznes)
