To build another school in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, the strength of the soil will be checked

The Krasnoyarsk Capital Construction Department has announced a tender to select a contractor to develop pre-design documentation for a school within the boundaries of Lesoparkovaya and Sady streets. The initial price of the contract is 7.1 million rubles, applications will be accepted until April 17, the results will be announced at the end of the month.

The winner must conduct engineering and geodetic surveys to determine whether it is possible to build a school for 1,280 students on the selected site.

“The general plan of the city provides for the construction of a school here, but the terrain features do not allow us to immediately begin designing the facility. Due to the large difference in altitude and the nearby body of water, it is necessary to carry out a set of preliminary measures in order to make a responsible decision. It is necessary to check the reliability of the foundation of the future facility – whether the soil will withstand such a load as a school. If it survives, then what number of floors and configuration should it have,” said the acting director. Deputy head of the city – head of the urban planning department Alexander Navrodsky.

According to the technical specifications, the school should consist of an administrative block with an assembly hall, a library and a catering unit, as well as buildings for elementary, middle and high schools. On the school grounds, it is necessary to take into account the placement of sports fields and playgrounds, a football field with a running track, parking lots, and also consider the possibility of building a children's car park.
